A group of students going for their Masters in Technical Communication have picked Etsy's feedback system as an area of interest. The students are tackling ways of improving the current feedback and rating system as a whole.
They've put together a survey for any and all Etsy users who have ever purchased an item on the site to fill out.

The survey will expire this Wednesday 2/11/09 @ midnight.
I've been contacted to fill it out and thought what better way to share it with Etsy users then by posting it here on the forums.
Once these three students have compiled the results they plan on proposing changes, if warranted, to Etsy directly.
