Sunday Crockpot Cooking: Apricot Chicken


What's in the crock pot, you ask? Today it is apricot chicken!

7/8 chicken breasts
one jar apricot spreadable fruit
1/2 cup catalina dressing
2 tbsp dried onion flakes
3 tbsp dried parsley flakes

Spray cooker with pam.
Mix the fruit spread, dressing, onion flakes and parsley flakes in a bowl.
Place 1/2 rinsed chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Cover chicken with 1/2 the spread mixture. Place rest of chicken in pot then pour in the rest of the mixture.
Crock on low for 7.5 to 8 hours.
Serve with rice.

Dinner is at 6 tonight...don't be late!
