New England Roast Dinner
3-4 lb chuck roast
Put potatoes (4 large baking potatoes) and carrots (1 bag baby carrots) in the bottom of your crock pot. cut meat into 2 or 3 pieces and put on top of the veggies. Salt/pepper the meat.
Put in onion or dry mined onion for flavor.
Pour in 46 oz. tomato juice
Crock on low for 8 hours.
